Welcome to my site. This is the place where I teach people how to become stronger in body and mind.
Most people’s journey starts with them wanting to lose weight. Are you here for that too? One thing you’ll learn about me is that I ask a lot of questions. Let me start with these:
Why do you want to lose weight?
How will it make you feel?
How would losing weight change how you look at yourself?
Are you feeling behind? In what way?
These are just some of the questions you may need to answer in order to be ready for when we first meet. I love and respect the fact that my clients trust me to share how they really feel about themselves. It takes vulnerability, which ultimately takes strength. Often, many of us fail to realize that we are all strong and capable. By examining your physical and mental wellbeing, you are taking the first step in increasing that capability. I also appreciate that you’re thinking weight loss will help you look and feel great. Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. But you’re here because you’re considering taking that step to find out how.

Maybe you’re not looking for weight loss, maybe you’re here to improve strength, to make that sports team, or to become a healthier individual. Regardless of the goal, there are many similarities between them. For example, taking self-responsibility, building habits, and prioritizing yourself.
I am glad that you are willing to be honest with me, so let me be honest with you. I can’t guarantee a time-frame because it depends entirely on where you are, what you’ve been doing, and what you’re willing to do. Ultimately, it’s a learning process for us both. As you may know, there are various factors that guide this process, and sometimes life can get in the way. But if you commit to prioritizing yourself and your wellbeing, you might achieve the goals you have laid out for yourself. If you decide not to do it, then you could be depriving yourself of all the things you wish to feel and experience.
Here you’ll learn the nutrition and fitness tools best suited for you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, a young professional, an athlete, or figuring that all out while kicking-ass in the world; if you’re ready to commit to yourself, then I’m ready to commit to you. Remember, you’re fierce and fabulous and you know it!
