Welcome to A Slice of Humble Pie! In this first episode, I’m introducing the intention and the human behind this podcast. I’m Parastoo (aka P2), a Nutrition and Fitness Coach, a lover of pie, and a curious human on planet earth. I don’t take myself too seriously but I take what I do very seriously.

I’ve dedicated my life to athletics and coaching. But I’ve always preferred to be in the role of a humble learner than a know-it-all expert. That’s why I created this podcast—to have intriguing conversations and to foster a community where we can all share in the journey of self-reflection, discovery, and growth.
